I fear that if we do what is being suggested here, if we commit ourselves very directly on that specific matter, we might not be helpful in terms of strengthening stability in the region. We have to do what is possible, so I will not commit myself to any specific action that is suggested here. We will have to find many different ways – perhaps unexpected ways – of solving the logistical problems of getting assistance to the people who need it, but it is difficult to promise specific action on this one."@en1
