At that time, we shall have an in-depth debate on the question, with a contribution from the Finnish Presidency, and a vote upon a text. This is the reason why I did not mention the situation in East Timor when opening this part-session. But I can tell you, as you well know, that this is a matter of great concern to me. And indeed, I have already expressed a very strong opinion on this matter on behalf of all of us.
